Dr Yves Cheridito is a shareholder and chairman of the board of directors of Treureva. He is also managing partner and CEO of Wineus AG. Dr Cheridito has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of all sizes and, as the former head of the appraisal team of a Big Four company, is an expert in appraisal matters and investment companies.

Michael Boller is head of mandates for ordinary and limited audits. He completed his vocational training with a Big Four company. He subsequently worked in the internal audit department of a major bank. Based on his many years of experience, he advises clients on accounting issues, provides support for ICS mandates and situational special audits, projects and company changes; he also acts as an assessor.

Daniel Pérez studied business administration at the Valais University of Applied Sciences. During and after his studies he worked as an accountant in the health care sector. In 2010 he became a freelance accountant for various service providers. He focuses on the auditing of trading and service companies, and occupational pension audits.

She is also a project manager and a specialist for employment law-related issues.
Barbara Spaeni

Barbara Spaeni is responsible for handling the issues and concerns of various clients at Integralis. She provides support in wage rounding processes, in developing various tools, such as MBO appraisals, certificate generators and wage rounding tools. She also supervises recruitment for clients, works on other HR projects, and handles traditional operational HR tasks for clients.

Christian Wasser

Christian Wasser is a tax adviser in the field of taxation of legal entities and natural persons both in Switzerland and abroad. He can call on almost 20 years’ experience acquired in the tax department of one of the “big four” and as Tax Manager / Global Head Individual Taxation in a global family office advising multinational groups, both privately owned and listed on the stock exchange, family businesses, companies and private individuals including HNWIs. Christian Wasser is joint author of a number of publications on Swiss tax law and is also a lecturer in the tax expert course organised by the EXPERTsuisse professional association. At Treureva, he heads up the Tax Zurich unit and is Head Auditor in the field of taxation.

Isabella Sutter is responsible for the entire back office at Treureva. She has many years of experience as an assistant to the board of directors and executive Board. In this role, she acts as a secretary to the board of directors for various companies. As a vocational trainer, she is also the contact person for the training of interns.
